Auto-presentation - a process of the way, controlled by an individual, in which he / she is perceived by social environment.
Brainstorm - a technique of solving problems and creating ideas in a teamwork. The characteristic feature of this technique, called “marketplace” or “factory” of ideas, is free creation of various solutions by all team members.
Effect of aureole - one of the common cognitive biases i.e. a tendency to attribute the whole range (creation of an aureole) of positive or negative features arising from the first impression.

Mediations - a technique of solving conflicts positively, based on introduction of an impartial third party to solve a conflict, whose role is to find the way for the parties to come to an agreement.
Persuasion - an ability to convince others to your arguments.
Social loafing - “chill”, based on a belief that when we work in a group, then assessment of individual contribution of work is difficult, which may cause that simple tasks are performed poorer and with less diligence, whereas more difficult and new tasks may be performed better.
Syndrome of group thinking - such a situation occurs when striving for maintenance of cohesion and solidarity of a team becomes most important to members of the team instead of the objective for which the team has been established.
Additive tasks - are such tasks according to which all team members basically perform the same type of work, and the final product is the sum of contribution of work of all its members.
Disjunctive tasks - in the case of such tasks, achievement of a preset objective by a team depends on the best, most competent member of the team.
Conjunctive tasks - when a team has to do a task of conjunctive nature, achievement of a purpose is dependent on the least efficient, least experienced, etc. member of the team, the so-called “weak link”.
