Opis kursu

The course contains a lot of information unknown to the mass audience, which broadens the knowledge of the foundations in management, may contribute to increasing the effectiveness of graduates in the labor market thanks to the acquisition of holistic and well-established knowledge. The course can be used as an independent knowledge pill, especially in the case of employees of the consulting industry who are looking for new inspiration to create a consulting offer for their clients.

However, most of all, the course is aimed at students of such faculties as Management, both from Poland and abroad.


INTRODUCTORY REQUIREMENTS

Interest in the subject of the course and knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.

COURSE CADRE

Prof. dr hab. Jan Fazlagić

Since 1997, he has been continuously interested in knowledge and intellectual capital management. It implements international educational projects (E +, H2020). In 2001, he expanded the scope of his interest to education and school management, and in 2011, he added the issues of local government to his research interests. He is one of the precursors of Knowledge Management in Poland. He acts as an expert at the National Institute of Local Government in Łódź and the European Commission (URBACT III Program).
