The course is intended for students of MA studies in the field of Management and Command at the Academy of Military Arts. These studies are especially useful for those with a bachelor's degree who want to gain the necessary knowledge in the field of environmental management. The final result of each participant will be presented through a system of counting according to summation of all the partial credits. The implementation of partial grades by the participant will lead to a final result. It should be noted that the course participant has the option of unlimited, multiple repetitions of the teaching module until fully mastered.

The aim of the course is to expand, update and deepen the knowledge of the participants of the studies in the field of ecological aspects of environmental management. During the course, participants will be acquainted with the current state of knowledge on the environment, directions, and content of ecological activities undertaken by humanity; theoretical foundations concerning: leadership and management in an organization, environmental safety, environmental management, management, and response in crisis situations. The course consists of 3 modules, each of them is designed for a separate number of lesson units - a total of 14 lessons.
Basic knowledge of organization management and crisis management in Poland.
Course participants must read the materials prepared for them in the resource section of each module, as well as with the supplementary literature on the subject provided in each module.
In order to pass a given module of the course, it is also necessary to solve a multi-part knowledge test (with closed questions, a true-false quiz, a match test for the entire range of topics provided for in a given module), which is at the end of each module. You can find answers to the questions in the given lessons.
Additionally, after completing the entire course, each participant will have to pass a knowledge test.
Based on the sum of the points obtained from all modules and the final knowledge test, a certificate of completion of the e-course will be generated. To complete the course, you must earn a minimum of 61% of the possible points.

Dr. Aleksandra Kaczmarek is a research and didactic worker at the Institute of Management, Faculty of Management and Command, Academy of the Art of War in Warsaw. She is a doctor in the field of social sciences, in the discipline of defense sciences, with a specialization in the management of public institutions. The area of scientific research by Dr. Aleksandra Kaczmarek focuses on the psychological determinants of decision-making processes, especially in conditions of high stress. Dr. Aleksandra Kaczmarek has presented the results of research in recent years at many conferences, both domestically and abroad (Georgia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Latvia), thus disseminating her research achievements and gaining many contacts with scientists dealing with similar issues. She has published many scientific articles in both Polish and English. Dr. Aleksandra Kaczmarek actively participates in the processes of education at degree and postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Management and Command at ASzWoj. She conducts classes in subjects integrally related to the issues of organizational management and management psychology.
