The course was developed as part of the project "UITM - Celebrate Diversity" under the program "Welcome to Poland". The program is co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, non-competitive project entitled. "Improving the competences of academic staff and the potential of institutions in welcoming people from abroad - Welcome to Poland" carried out under the activities defined in the project funding application no. POWR.03.03.00-00-PN 14/18.
This course covers an introduction to the field of intercultural communication. It was designed for people (especially those considering studying in Poland) who want to gain vital insights to understand inter-cultural interactions.

Upon completing this course, you will be able to:
There are two types of student activity in the course. These are test questions and self-reflection questions. Only test questions are taken into account for the final assessment. The course participant is allowed 5 attempts to answer each question in the test. Participants who score at least 51% of the points from all the test questions will pass the course.
A passing score of 51% or greater is needed to pass the course.
You are also welcome to use the discussion forum where you can ask additional questions of the experts.
A certificate of completion of the e-course will be generated on the basis of the sum of the points obtained in all test questions of the course modules. Participants who score at least 51% of the points from all the test questions will receive a course completion certificate.
