Learning faster, better and with more pleasure - this can be a good motivation to make positive changes in your life and in the lives of others. In this course, the focus is placed primarily on learner activity as an important determinant of the modern approach to teaching and learning, advocated by neurodidactics - a brain-friendly approach to learning, as defined by the German practitioner of mathematics education, Gerhard Preiß.
The course is designed for people over the age of 16.
To facilitate active life-long learning (LLL - Life Long Learning) for the elderly, students, schoolchildren, the freelancers and the self-educated.
Detailed objectives, necessary for the achievement of the main objective and the positive results of the study and self-study are: to familiarise participants with effective learning methods and techniques, with effective listening and note-taking methods, with effective discussion methods, with effective methods of writing papers, with professional presentation methods.

Selected factors determining the efficiency of the student's learning process.

The learning styles and the psychological rationale for the selection of the methods of intellectual work.

How to prepare effectively for classes and self-study.

Selected learning methods.

The art of speaking and debating.

The art of writing during the learning process.

Public speaking with a presentation.
In order to successfully complete the course it is necessary to take the final tests (knowledge, skills, social competences) consisting of 51 close-ended questions and to obtain a min. of 51% correct answers. The final tests are available at the end of the course in the section ‘Test yourself'.
Self-assessment tests (quizzes) with exercises that have been included after each module, serve a motivating purpose. Their main purpose is to make it easier for course participants to assess the extent to which they have understood the scope of the individual modules. The self-evaluation tests are not a component of the final assessment.
The checklists at the end of each module are designed to help you independently verify the achievement of the objectives assigned to each part of the course.
